The Heritage Employee Wellness Centers provide a convenient, no-cost option for acute, preventative, and wellness-focused primary care services. All THG employees enrolled in a THG health plan can take advantage of this benefit, and family members enrolled in a THG health plan are also welcome.

Health Care at Finger Tips
There is no need to leave your primary care physician, as services provided by a wellness center can be shared with them. Can’t make it to a wellness center? Some visits can be provided virtually. Contact a wellness center to see if your visit can be performed telephonically or virtually.

An annual checkup at the wellness center will not only keep your eye on the healthy life prize, but you may also earn an actual prize: $200 added to your paycheck!
