Annual Wellness Incentive Program
Want to earn $200? Get your yearly check-up and it’s all yours
You and your spouse or domestic partner (if they are enrolled in our health plan) can earn up to $400 ($200 each). Just visit your primary care doctor or a Heritage Employee Wellness Center and get your annual check-ups and bloodwork done (if ordered by your doctor) by December 31.
