The Heritage Group matches 100% of the first three percent (3%) of your per-paycheck contribution and 50% of the next two percent (2%). The total company match is four percent (4%).
The Preventive Rx Plus Plan covers drugs that may keep you healthy because they may prevent illness and other health conditions. The products on this list are FREE as a benefit of your High Deductible Health Plan.

PREVENTIVE RX LIST
As an incentive to stay healthy, you and your eligible spouse can earn up to $200 in wellness bucks for completing wellness visits and select health and wellness screenings.

A Health Savings Account (HSA) is like a 401(k) account for eligible health, dental and vision expenses. If you enroll in a High Deductible Health Plan, you are eligible to participate in an HSA.
